Once the season closed last year, I ran cold water over and in my mouth calls then let them dry and put back in my pouch. What do Yall do to get them back "call ready" for the first practice session of the year
I have some maintenance throughout the season, end of season, and start of season.
At the end of each season I thoroughly clean each call with a 50/50 mix of mouthwash and water, soak a bit, rinse and store in old buttercup in the fridge till next season.
Start of season, I basically so this again and start talking turkey
During the season everyday when I'm done hunting I take my calls and clean them with my tooth brush and tooth paste and rinse. Keeps them good and clean, no sour taste and even leaves a mint taste to them.
