Depends how much you want to spend on a shell. Winchester Long Beards are the best lead shell on the market by far. I prefer heavier than lead shot but it is more expensive. Hevi13 #7s are IMO the best shell easily available.

First of all, I see it's your first post, so welcome to OG.
You've ordered an excellent turkey choke and it will work well with a variety of shells. The ported model has rings in it and the non-ported model is smooth but both work well. Hevi-13 is always an excellent choice and the 2 oz load of either #6 or #7 shot work very well. Winchester Long Beard with either the 1 3/4 oz of 1 7/8 oz load of #6 shot is also an excellent choice.
I do recommend that you thoroughly clean both the bore and choke prior to patterning, regardless of the shells you choose. I recommend "Deep Cleaning" and you can find the guidelines here http://allaboutshooting.com/blogs/blog/98772615-deep-cleaning-a-shotgun-barrel The simple process is worth the time and effort.
Best of luck with your new gun.
Thanks,
Clark
Clean all the oil out the barrel put the choke in it and shoot it. It will work with the HV13 or the Win long beard. Post up the numbers then go from that point on more chokes or POA/POI.
