I received this call today after much anticipation. It is truly innovative. Easy to run, small and has amazing sound. It can be run with one hand or two. I'm in LOVE. It was crafted by Gary Campanie. He is truly a master craftsman

Just wondering what kind of call it is. Pushbutton or scratchbox.? thanks Jeff W.
Gary does a great job with his calls and he always thinks outside the box when it comes to call making.

It's kinda along the lines of a scratcher and push box mix. Hard to explain. Really unique. The "cobra" head is a spoon glued into the box. The striker is two sided. One side ceramic and one slate. It is best run with the box and striker in the bag. You hold he bag in your hand and rock/slide the striker against the spoon/box. You can also run it with two hands. Makes awesome clucks and purrs with one hand. Soft yelps as well. Two hands can make it louder.
you should make a youtube video of how to run that thing and how it sounds... very interesting indeed
I looked at those things and they looked a bit gimmicky to me. Hearing a good report makes me rethink things a bit. I'd like to see a video of it as well. Thanks for the input. Mit have to double check things once we rebound from our outdoor unit dying on us.
I'll try and get a video up when I can. Traveling and hunting right now so may be a bit
Hey no worries
