Title: Sighting in a scope

How do y'all recommend the best way to sight in my scope ??? Thanks for any advice. C J

Start at 15 yards with some light loads to get it shooting where the crosshairs are. Then move back to 25 or 30 and shoot it again to make final adjustments.

I level everything and bore sighted it with a Bushnell laser bore sight and it was right on. Some people think you can't bore sight one but you can. I took some light loads and started off at 15 and keep working my way out to 40 yrs. I used some heavy loads and finished with Federal heavy weight 7

Good idea to go back to close ranges after you're done and recheck the poi at those ranges also...
