I thought I would share this with the lead shooters, 303 in 10" circle. Fed #9's, 2-3\4 @ 30 Yds. I just use this for target shooting.
That's a good pattern but does #9 lead have etiquette power, idk I have always used #5 or #6.

He said just for target shooting so it looks like it is very adequate for that purpose.
I must of missed that, sorry for not reading that part, looks like a good small animal load.
yeah, it would be rather heavy for hunting, I just like experimenting with new loads and chokes to see what they will do. I enjoy seeing all the different patterns with the heavy, shot and the TSS loads as well as lead. I'm working on another choke design now for the fed hvy 7's. I finally figured out how to post here on the forum so as i continue to get more pattern pics I will get them posted. Good hunting and keep posting your pics.
