You just using the bead sight? I have a m1 24". I wish there were a way to get the barrel drilled and tapped to mount a red dot scout style. I have two barrels for it so it wouldnt bother me to have it done. Same goes for the slug barrel.

Right now I have a Champion Easy Hit site on there.  I have a Burris Fastfire III ordered.

A friend of mine bought a FFIII and a 12g M2 Speed Bead mount.  He came over to my house and we fiddled with it and got it to work on his 20g just fine.  I'm going to do the same for mine.  I'll attempt to take pictures as I do it and post them up.  All we had to do was take a dremel and grind down some pins to a smaller size and use a drill to create some new holes in the old shims.
