Title: Mouth call case
Post by: brimmyfish on March 18, 2016, 01:42:25 AM
Does anyone use some sort of case to keep all of your diaphragms together and organized? I'm looking to find something to hold 6-8 calls while being quiet and easy to access in the field.

Thanks

I'm a little less hi-tech.

I'm using a 20+ year old plastic Skoal can.   Holds lots of calls.  Protects them well.  Holds mouthwash at the end of the day.

I like my Ol Tom shirt that has the little pockets for mouthcalls in it.  Keep 2-3 in there and you are good to go!

I use an empty O'Keffe's Working Hands jar which is large enough to hold several mouth calls and easy enough to open with gloves on. I drilled five holes in the lid and another five in the jar for the calls to breathe; and then called it a day.  :turkey2:

I use a plastic case that used to hold crimp connectors for #10 wire. It has a hinged snap on lid. Drilled holes in it for ventilation and it hangs on a lanyard. And I used a sharpie to color it. It was white.
