I've been making duck calls for many years but really only started making turkey calls a few years ago at the urging of my son who got the bug in a big way. Started with pot calls and a few trumpets but wanted to try my hand at some of the box calls that I have admired on this and other sites. After about a month I finally have a few that made it beyond the burn pile. Here is a sample.
