Walnut 3-1/4" crystal over glass.....bubinga 3-1/2" titanium over slate....osage 3-1/2" crystal over anodized aluminum.....

they sound great... a pot cal of mine never leaves the shop without it having feathers inside ....the crystal has good rasp with a dymondwood striker so i can imagine what it would have with say a snakewood one, the titanium even has more rasp and can be soft or loud, the smaller one in walnut is subtle good young hen sounds all this testing was done with the dymondwood....
