Due to a divorce I no longer have the call so all I can do is try my best to describe it.
It was a glass over glass pot call. While the whole surface was bead blasted and the pot was plastic.
It had an acrylic striker. This call would run in a raging down pour! Best clucks and purrs I ever made, called in several gobblers with it.
I purchased this call at the WV NWTF Convention held in Flatwoods at Braxton Co. High School in the late 80's.
I think the feller I purchased the call from name is Lonnie Sneed??? I just not sure now? I do remember he was from WV. This feller could do some serious calling!
I know that's not much to go on but thought maybe someone might know?
Could definitely be a Sneed call, he's an old timer from WV. Give him a call and talk to him about your call, he's still making great calls!
The more I think about it the more I think it was Mr.Sneed I purchased the call from. I could be mistaken though?
Here's a pic of Lonnie, if that helps?

Could be him? Just too long and I just don't remember now. Its been probably 30yrs
Heck, call him anyway! Lonnie is a great guy and he has some killer calls. Another possibility is Gene "Blacky" Blackshire. He was making a plastic pot during that time frame and was also doing several synthetic strikers. Including acrylic. Got some around here somewhere. He was a fixture at those events for a long time and still making a few. Call him too!
