Putting some plans together for a trip to Kansas this April. Going to camp and try out some public land.
I'm sure of you on here have tried the same thing. Anybody have any luck?
PM me if you don't want it posted for everyone.
Any tips or warnings to look out for?
Thanks in advance

Kansas is one of the better states for a diy hunt because of the walk in hunting areas or WIHA. They do a great job of getting the maps on line reasonably early so you can do your homework. Some counties have a dozen or more WIHA's of all sizes. As always, look for the ones that are more difficult to access. Good luck!
