Title: Oklahoma Trip
Post by: Drthorn on January 02, 2016, 09:11:56 PM
Been planning for a Rio hunt and finally going to book a hunt in Oklahoma this upcoming Spring. Extremely excited for the opportunity. These next four months are going to feel like an eternity. If I do kill, I am trying to think of some unique displays for my fan/beard/spurs, etc. Thinking of some kind of OK plaque or the state burned into the plaque. Any suggestions?  :funnyturkey:

My huntin partner and I have made Oklahoma a yearly trip we had so much fun there.  Get ready for some Gobblin and don't forget your coyote howler.  Those rios  don't respond to owl hoots like they do yotes

Good luck.... A friend of mine killed his first Indiana buck a couples years ago. I did a European mount for him and put it on a state of In. plaque and it turned out nice.

Good luck in OK. Have been there for the opener for 30+ years and always a good trip.

Who is the lucky outfitter?
