I guess I'm gonna have to change tactics, birds have all but quit gobbling, by far the worst I've seen. Me and a buddy rode 33 miles on atv's yesterday and covered prob better than 100,000 acres, heard six birds on the roost, nothing else. I guess its time to drag the decoys out and get comfortable.
That's gotta be tough. That's a lot of miles! So far PA does not seem to be that bad.
I'm with ya on that. Definitely been a different spring for me too in WV. No gobbling on the roost or throughout the day at all.

NY is just as dead. Lucky to hear a bird at all.
Heard them gobblers on opening day Ill be out tomorrow and hopefully their still gobbling. :firefighter:
It's been a tough season down south too. Very little gobbling and hard hunting. Very frustrating. Best of luck brother!! :icon_thumright: :anim_25:
