customer service ?had a prob this last week with one of there shotguns and called
them and they sent a prepaid fedex sticker to send it back ,no ? asked.they said it will be fixed within 2 week's.now that is customer service...

talked to a guy on the phone and there were no questions as to what happened,just the info to get the gun back to them.this does not happen often.
