Post by: Txag12 on April 30, 2015, 12:10:55 AM
Looking for best sounding strikers, one for a halloran twisted sister, and one for a lonzo slate. Thanks fellas!

I really liked the dymondwood that came with the TS, but I think any dymondwood will sound good on it.    The purple heart that came with it isn't bad either.  Oak and locust from West Augusta  sound really good as well.  About the only wood I didn't like on it has been persimmon, but that's just personal opinion.

I like running a wenge on my TS. Don't have a Lonzo, but really like a tulipwood striker on my slate.

I perfer one piece strikers....

if I had to pick a couple favorites on most any surface it would be
yellowheart, cocobolo and dymondwood.

Derrrick stuckey makes a great striker, and sells just about any wood you can think of on ebay. (Obsessiongamecalls)
