Ok so we are in mid season in VA and I have just purchased this gun and the two types of ammo I will have on hand will be MagBlends and FedHW #6. With the tightwad does anyone have experience with the #6's? I have read some on the Blends but cannot find anything on the #6's as to what pellet count to expect and what choke has worked best.
So at 40 the magblends put 110 in the 10" circle at 40 and had a very even distribution. It is a good hunting pattern should I expect better from the federal 6's.
You should expect about the same with with the fed. HW 6's, that's what I got with my set up. Only testing will tell you.
