Title: Primos Tightwad .570 or Carlsons non-ported .575?
Post by: KyTurkeyHunter473 on April 21, 2015, 09:08:42 PM
Does anyone suggest one over the other for a 26" 1187 for the Fed. HWT 6s?  I currently have a SSX and put 96 in the 10" at 40yds. Looking for something to produce around 120-125..

Was in walmart today and saw tightwads were marked down to $15 , that being said I had better luck getting the numbers you are asking about with the carlsons, good even pattern also .

I agree that both are sufficient but to me the Carlsons shoots a much more dense, even core.  AND....you are not spending much more by going with the Carlsons.
