Title: using a youth gun
Post by: bowmike on April 07, 2015, 10:55:32 AM
I read a few things online about using a youth gun for turkey. Wondering if anyone else out there uses a youth gun. I love my 870 and wouldn't dream of getting rid of it but my be getting a youth gun for my son and nephew to use. Some of the reports I had read said that some hunters like the youth guns for shorter barrels, and light weight.

I really want to get this gun for my son, and nephew to use, but as with most guys wouldn't mind taking it out myself.

I bought a Benelli compact (youth) 20 ga M2 with 24" barrel this year and love it.

It is very short and light. Don't think I will pack around anything else again

Hit up PeaShooter he has been carrying on for years. I've watched kill one last year with one. He swears by them.
