Got to shoot my Long Beards this afternoon. All I can say is wow. Pics to come later.
My set up is as follows:
Mossberg 835
Carlsons extended turkey choke .690
Pro Point Red Dot
Winchester Long Beards 3.5" 2oz #6
40 yards, tape measured.
Temp 57
High humidity and occasional light mist/sprinkle.
Shot one was low and right, counted 191 in the 10. There was 11 total in the CNS. Dead turkey.
Shot two (after sight adjustment) was a tad left. Counted 232 in the 10. There was again 11 in the CNS.
The pellets all passed through the 3/8" gypsum board sheet rock.
Shells and wads.

Shot some Longbeard 3.5" #6 today. 170 in a 10" at 40 yards with a Mossberg 535, X factor .670 choke. Gonna try again tomorrow with a Carlsons Longbeard choke.
