Title: Wifes opening day bird

Called this one up about11:50 this morning. Come in gobbling with 2 others...19 pounds 7 in beard and no sign of spurs so no idea of age .big thanks to gooserbat use one of his hickory glass ...not a great scoring bird but put on a good show and thats all that matters

The last 6 birds we have killed have been 11 in the morning or later

congratulations to you both! My wife missed one last opening day and I haven't been able to take her on another hunt since. great memories for you two.
