Title: Picked up a SumToy 562-5
Post by: Tom Foolery on March 28, 2015, 06:16:59 PM
I snagged a 562-5 off the classifieds from davisd9, great guy to deal with.  I took the choke out for a test drive this evening even though the weather wasn't the best.

41 degrees - wind 5-12mph right left, humidity 40% - Rem 870 youth 21" barrel

Hevi13 #6 stayed right around 100 in the 10" 42yds - was hoping for better but I know the choke is not made for these.  I have some H13 #7 to try but I ran out of target paper.  The Tightwad shoots the 6's 110-120.  The 562-5 was super even though.

Federal Heavyweight 3" #7 - 149 in the 10" @ 42yds.  The pattern was very even and this is an improvement over my best HW #7 pattern even though the conditions were worse over my SSX and Tightwad.  I can see this choke going into the 160's in good weather.

Sounds great! Maybe next year I'll get one.
