I want a new pot call that has high pitch and long range sound to reach out to strike late mornin or mid day gobblers. Which surface would be best, glass, crystal or aluminum??

Ed Jenkins, Paul Platz, or Clint Corder glass should be perfect.

Aluminum, it may not sound that good up close but it sounds awesome at far distances. That's the reason I got one.

Crystal Mistress gets my vote but aluminum and copper can also get real loud. There is something about the shrill yelps of a good aluminum or coppper call that really reaches out there.

I like all three but my current favorite is a good, sharp crystal call.

I would vote a platz cherry aluminum or a jimmy Schaffer mad hen 1 or 2. They will ring your ear drums with the right striker.
