Doris and I drove most of the night to try and beat the ice/snow storm that hit Nashville and most of I-40 through the mountains of Knoxville and Asheville.

We're recovering today.

I'd like to thank all of our OG brothers and sisters for stopping by and saying hello. It was great to see you all and we really appreciate your taking the time to visit.

We're in the middle of an ice storm here now but hopefully it won't be too bad.

I made it after a pitstop in central AR. Roads were awful. Glad you made it home.

Glad you made it back safely.

I had a convention to attend in Indy(work related) but would have liked to go. The shortest way home from Indy was through Chicago yesterday. Went around it Monday on the way down.

My wife went with me and wanted to go through Chicago on the way home. Knowing it was a Sunday, I didn't think there would be that much traffic issues. Boy was I wrong, the little skiff of snow caused a 38 car pile up and locked down the Kennedy expressway (90/94). After an hour of virtually stopped traffic, I was able to get off the big road and travel though some less than desirable neighorhoods to go west. This was two hours of my life I will never get back.

Still have to be thankfull I was not involved.

Doris and I really appreciated so many of you stopping by to visit for a bit. I know we did not get to see you and talk as much as we would have liked but it was great that "y'all" came by.
