Anyone have a supernova and can recommend a choke and ammo to get started on to get this gun shooting the best possible to put the turkey in the dirt .
Thanks
Buddy uses a Jellyhead and 3.5" mag blends. Think his pattern is a bit blown but it puts birds on the ground. I would suggest taking to William at SumToy. He is on here as SumToy.
SumToy .650 and either Winchester longbeard #6's or Hevi 13 #7's
I will check out the sumtoy
I have a .660 trulock in mine. Shoots great patterns with 3" - 3 1/2" Hevi MB, 3 1/2", Win HV #5. Carlson ported .665 3" Win HV or LB #4.
Ugh decisions decisions
Indian creek .665 and Longbeard 3" #6 work great in my supernova.

i picked up a indian creek .665 ... Also got some hevi shot 3 1/2 #6 to see how it patterns.
If you haven't found what you want yet, try the Hevi Shot choke and 3.5" Mag Blends.
Guy I know bought a nova, I cleaned his barrel very well and 1st shot got 242 (it was about 50 degrees with a slight cross breeze). Not the highest number I have ever seen out of a 3.5" shell, but it was a great pattern.
Ive hunted with a benelli nova since the 2000 I use a undertaker choke and federal flight control 3 inch number 5s . :OGturkeyhead:
Mine loves the Rhino .660 choke tube with Hevi-13 # 6 shot in 3in shells, 2 OZ.
