Getting to the 20ga game. Need some choke and load recommendations please

Sumtoy 562 or Carlson 575 if you plan on shooting Federal HeavyWeight 7s.

Undertaker with hevi  6 or mag blend have been good for me

I use the Sumtoy .562 & HW #7s through my 20 Nova and I get 185 on average. I also started shooting TSS #9s and its nasty.
