Anyone ever use that rynoskin insect clothing. I ordered a set and was wondering what people thought about it. Thanks in advance.

I have both a rynoskin and Cabela's bugskinz top. Just another layer of tick protection. I still spray all my layers with permethrin. They will not stop mosquitos.

Permanone for me. But have considered
The extra protection.
There is now a new problem with tick bites.
Recently discovered at Vanderbilt is a severe
Allergy that makes you allergic to ALL Red meat!
Seriously. That would really suck!!!

I've got a bug suit that I wear, got it at Cabelas. The mosquitos can get their nose/needle thingy threw it, but they can't seem to bear down and bite. WOrks pretty good. I liked it so much the summer I got it that I used it for hiking too. The looks I got from other hikers was priceless! Was worth wearing it just to get the reactions out of people that thought I was nutts!

She was bitten by a tick last year & everytime she ate any meat from a mammal she would throw up. She can only eat reptiles, birds, or fish now! She hates it too! Can't blame her.

Permethrin for the ticks, and Thermacell for the skeeters. :icon_thumright:

I can't handle DEET, it makes my heart race.  Never had much of a tick problem.

That guy right above me turned me on to the Thermacell, the greatest invention since sliced bread.   :thanks: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks: Thanks Rut, you probably don't even remember all those many moons ago.  On SDH.
