It is a turn the key and hunt on 2000 acre place. 
First year offering turkey hunting.  A group can hunt it for a first year special pricing program.  I think anyone who calls will go WOW when they hear the price.

Opening Weekend KY
Group cost $1200
Just trying to help them they are looking to add on to lodge for deer hunters.  Turkey funds will help with project.  They will let you hunt this is not guided just a perfect do it yourself group rate.  They do want to host this for a group of 4 or less for $1200.

It's a great deal!
