What is a good face mask? The one I have isn't really practical for runnin and gunin. I want something I can take off easily and put one easily.
3/4 style. Doesn't mess with hat and just pull down and wear round your neck when your running and gunning. I lose a lot less of em since I went to this style.

Quaker Boy Bandito has been my go to since '95. Love mine.
I use the Primos 3/4 mask. Light mesh with a soft material around the eyes. I wear it around my neck when moving and can pull it up over glasses in seconds.
I agree 3/4 mask it all I use
Knight & Hale makes a nice 3/4 mask and so does under armour, but you pay dearly for it. The Bunker Head is different but a neet mask as well.

:agreed: Without a doubt the best way to go IMO.
3/4 mask is the only way to go.
Another vote for 3/4 mask.....
Another vote for a 3/4 facemask. It gets danged hot down here chasing Osceolas and being able to quickly pull up or down your mask is a big plus. :happy0064:
I have a 3/4 spandex type made by primos. I only wear it when I'm set up waiting on a turkey
Here is what I use http://quikcamo.com
I really like it.
Also made one myself that works well. It tucks up into the hat just like the one from quick. If one gets soaked I have a dry one.

That really looks like a great idea!
I like 3/4 masks also. The cheaper the better, and I always carry a spare. You never know when you'll lose one or a hunting buddy will show up in the morning and realize he forgot his!
I like the MAD Chemeleon on cooler early spring mornings and the HS mesh for later in the season.

Agree 100%. Been using them for many yrs. it's the best and quickest to get on in situations when you don't have time to be digging in your pockets for one!
God bless

If you can't grow a beard to hide that shiny white face like a real man, then a 3/4 is 100% the way to go..
;D
Another vote for 3/4.
3/4 ninja
I must be the only one that doesn't wear one :(. Nor gloves unless it's cold
Check out the Ol' Tom Face Mask. It's a half mask that you can wear around your neck. Comes in Bottomland and Obsession.
Primos 3/4 has been my go to style for as long as I can remember.
I will be perfectly honest and tell everyone I carry two in my vest and an extra at the truck. Never fails my son will misplace his or a friend will show up and have forgotten his. Same with my gloves. 2x pair in vest and 1 in the truck because I have never lost mine or a single glove.
;)
I've carried and extra mask and gloves for years after having a mask strap break during a hunt.
With the grandsons hunting with me now, I may need to carry one more set, at least in the truck. Thanks for mentioning it SC Gobbler.
