Title: new turkey gun
Post by: stringtalker on January 17, 2015, 08:22:47 PM
Well bought me a new turkey gun today, now the fun begins patterning it. Got a cva scout 20 gauge with screw in chokes. Now i got to get a scope to go on it. Has anyone used the red dote sightmark scopes? Are they any good?

Congrats on the new gun!  I have one and it's a good one.  Love how compact it is.
I put a Bushnell on mine.  I bought an SX3 and a Bushnell TRS-25 to go on it but I haven't mounted it yet.  I bet it would super sweet on the CVA.
Reviews I read on Sightron weren't very good but I haven't handled one personally.
Palmetto State Armory had the matte black TRS-25 on sale for $49 the other day.  May check their website.  Reviews look real good on them.
