Title: Cocobolo Candy
Post by: blackfalcon on January 15, 2015, 11:32:40 AM
Here is one of my personal hunting calls..it is some very nicely figured Cocobolo Rosewood and has a Horn brown streaked mouth piece selected to compliment the wood. The turned lip stop is capped with brass to highlight, accent the wood and tie it all together.
Thanks for looking..Dave

Outstanding as usual Dave.  The brass is interesting on the lipstop.  Is it a challenge to get used to?

Thanks for the nice comments guys, Brian, the brass on the lip stop was made from solid brass rod, it actually is a tenon fit on the inside of the wood with the rubber for adjustment inside the brass...
