Too cold to head to the shop so I did some carving in the den today...made this from Butternut then I painted it..the tongue is bloodwood....the inserts are from an old primos call I had in the shop....can't wait to get outside to get better pics...

Its a copy of the ORIGNAL Allen Weidhaas carver-call maker that's what it is! Had the privilege of meeting Allen and he's now a friend. The calls Allen has made would leave you speechless to his art work. Never in my life seen someone so talented!
