I picked up an 1187 yesterday new for $370 black thursday special. I currently have an 870 20ga that loves the ssx choke and heavy weight 7's. Would the ssx be a good option for the 11-87 or should I try something else like the indian creek?

I would definitely give that choke a try first. The Sumtoy 562-5 is a winner for that load as well.
