Here are some fine pot calls and strikers made by Ray Tompkins from Florida. I am not sure if Ray is still making calls. The glass and one slate call are in spalted Pecan pots. The other slate is in a fancy Walnut pot. Another trio of dandies.

Ray makes a great slate in his custom ones. This one is Walnut & Mahogany wood. He is still making calls.
How do I contact him and what does he generally charge for a slate?
I have tried several of Ray's slate's and these are by far the best. They cost a few dollars more but sound great.
PREMIER COLLECTABLE CALLS
THESE CALLS ARE MADE IDENTICAL TO THE HUNTING CALLS INTERNALLY. THE DIFFERENCE LIES IN APPEARANCE. THESE CALLS CAN BE MADE OF MANY DIFFERENT WOOD TYPES, THEY HAVE INLAYS PRECISELY FITTED INTO THEM AND CAN HAVE CARVINGS ON THE BOTTOM. THEY STILL ARE GUARANTEED TO SOUND GREAT. THEY ARE MADE IN GLASS , SLATE, AND ANODIZED ALUMINUM. THEY ARE HANDTURNED ON A LATHE.
