Title: Anybody played the blodgett (duel) turkey calls
Post by: Onpoint on May 15, 2014, 02:12:49 AM
I've all but made my mind up thst I'm gonna get one of these calls, just csnt decide if I wanna get the slate or aluminum. Although I think the chrystal is the best looking call he offers. I have a lot of glass and chystal calls. If the chrystal sounds thr best I guess that's the one I'll get but I'm needing slate or aluminum more so than chrystal considering I have twice as many glass/chystal calls as all others combined.

Also if anybody has played one and they don't sound very good let me know. Even though I'm a collector and if a call is pretty, if it don't hsve a turkey inside it I don't want no part of it.

Thanks
Justin

Nevermind. Just heard soundfiles and was not impressed with these calls at all. The aluminum didn't sound bad but not worth what they want for it. Didn't sound nearly as good as the aluminum calls you can get right here off this site for alot less money.

I have a bunch of the.old Blodgett calls before they disappeared for a while
and they are great sounding calls. As for the new ones by Duel they dont impress me all that much.

I ran the duel pots at the Wisconsin Deer and Turkey expo and didn't like them at all.  Just my opinion though.  Scoot
