Looking to set up one of my 20ga's listed above.

I'd go with the Beretta.

My friend has the 390 set up for turkey.  He put a Carlson's choke in the 26" barrel and it rocks with the Fiocchi pheasant loads for 6's.  Shoots good enough that he killed one at 38 yards this season with it.  I keep wondering what he could do with HW 7's tho. ;)
Because of a neck problem, he put a mercury recoil reducer in it and it shoots like a .410.  It carries light too, even with the recoil reducer on it.

Remington IMO, with an ATI stock, Sumtoy choke and some Hw 7's!!!!!! you will have a winner. The Rem has a ton of options as far as chokes, stocke etc. but the Beretta's seem nice to though i have never shot one. GOOD LUCK!
