I got a Teriyaki Turkey recipe that rocks too.

I grilled and served it at a party at the horse farm on Saturday night with lots of non-hunters present.  It was the hit of the party and I managed to get permission to hunt turkeys at another small farm because of it.  :happy0064:

Wild turkey is so good and so good for you.

Yep one of my favorite foods on earth! We also grill it, fry it and what ever. Never had a bad one. reflexl

Hate to rain on the parade and I'll probably get "roasted" on here, but I don't care for turkey domestic or wild.  We have tried it several ways fried, oven, grilled, stuffed and baked.  I have been hunting them since 1975 and I am glad that I have friends that like them.  I probably wouldn't hunt them if I was hunting them to eat.
