Title: East TN Bird down

I was able to get a "nice" 2yr old this morning. He weighed a little over 20lbs and while he had dinky spurs and beard was only 8.5" he had a paintbrush and gobbled his head off from the roost. He did come in silent once he hit the ground though. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/hyje7une.jpg)

Congrats nice bird! Miss the days when my kids were young and excited to see me bring something home from the woods. That boy's face is priceless. Future turkey slayer I'd guess..lol

Yeah he's already sayin he wants to shoot a "big ol turkey". I think I'm gonna take him out and let him hear some gobbling. You're right it really is something special to have your little one excited get excited to see what dad shot. Thanks for all the nice comments guys.
