Title: TN non resident Licence help.
Post by: ilbucksndux on April 11, 2014, 01:14:28 PM
I have been invited to hunt some private land in West TN and after reading the regulations Im still a little confused as to which license I need to buy. The way I read it I need a non res all game license and no permit is this correct ? And with that license I can kill a turkey a day up to 4 ?

Depending on how long you are hunting.. you can do a 7 day license for a bit less money.. I think mine was $175 this year.. 1 turkey a day and up to 4 is correct..

I just purchased a non-resident Tennessee hunting license last weekend. I purchased the annual non-resident hunting license which is good for a year (does not expire until Feb 2015). I usually hunt twice a year in Tennessee and it is more cost effective than purchasing the trip license. The season license which covers all big game including turkeys is $251.
