Just bought the infamous Screamin Demon w/ laminate pot. :) Can anyone recommend a striker for it? I've ran several on it and so far I like Dymondwood and Bubinga best. Others I've tried are Osage, Yellowheart, Monkeywood, Persimmon, Purpleheart, Birch, Charcoal Laminate, Carbon, and a few different Hickory strikers. The call is pretty mellow in pitch and rasp. Just wondering if that's how the call is or is there a certain stiker that will unleash the beast in it?

Looks like you have tried most I would recommend. Try a hollow carbon, a corian-tipped, or an ivory tipped striker.

JBIRD, that version of the Screamin Demon is a mellow call. A carbon striker will make it a little higher pitched. Could you post a side view of that pot?
