Because my wife and I are expecting our (1st) son two weeks before turkey season!
Mum pretty psyched, but I have to admit I did shock gobble one two days ago before bed time and I could feel the rush!
Ohh, oh here's a pic. :)
Congratulations. Hope everything goes great.
Congrats on your future hunting partner!!!
Congrats from me too! I have a pic somewhere of my first girl and me with a longbeard when she was 4 days old. You'll get out there after you know momma and your baby are ok. Looking back at 33 years of relentlessly chasing birds, the last 12 years with my kids has been the best! You have a lot to look foreward to. Good luck!
congrats.... :cross2: to a safe delivery
Congrats.... You'll be able to get out a bit. I went through a new one around turkey season a couple of times, my wife actually told me to go hunting!
Congrats!
If there is anything warranting missing some spring gobbler season this is it..... Congrats.....
Hey thanks fellas! My wife and I are really looking forward to meeting him!
From your pic, it appears that the little fellow is reaching up to pull his mask down, as ones coming-in :toothy12:!

My thoughts exactly.
Congrats...your life will soon change for the better.
Congrats to the both of you. The excitement level is probably pretty high at your house.
Are you going to name him Tom? Congrats and God bless
Maybe not this year but the the years to come will be great nothing like it he will be your best hunting partner
congrats! My twin boys have a birthday in the middle of turkey season along with mine. It makes it hard to hunt with the wife planning parties.
When they are old enough we will get plenty of time!
Congrats, no turkey hunt can compare!
Congrats!!

Thanks, and no on the name. His middle name will be my first name.
Cameron Bradley. ;)
congrats! as a kid that just had his last youth season 2 seasons ago, I can definitely say there isn't a better feeling than being out in that blind on your first youth hunt with your old man. and I can imagine its just as amazing for the father so good luck and prayers are with you.
This will actually train you for turkey seasons ahead as you will be training on getting less sleep and going to work, and dividing time between work and family responsibilities.
If you are super good maybe you can get away a few times this spring. Timing these baby deliveries is really tricky when you like to turkey hunt , deer hunt and fish. :anim_25: :icon_thumright:

Thanks! I have taken my wife's cousins' son and I must say it is the highlight of my season. Well, besides the Kentucky trip!
CONGRATS!! It appears he's already perfected his turkey hunting "crouching by the tree" technique already!! haha...
Congrats to you!! My son Cole was born 17 years ago tomorrow. For his birthday--I am taking him turkey hunting.
:happy0064: :happy0064: :happy0064: But seriously, you gotta work on your timing. ;)
Congrats to both you and your wife! I see alot of baby camo in your near future.
Congrats to you and your wife Spring Woods. :icon_thumright:
Birth is the most beautiful thing on earth, closely followed by, "thanks for taking me hunting with you today Daddy". I've been fortunate enough to experience both, and hope the same for you too brother.
congrats to you and your wife
Congrats !!

Awesome!!! Life is about to change for you as you know it!! All for the good...I wouldn't take anything in this world for my two boys. It gets hard at times and you will miss alot of sleep but its all worth it! Wish and pray the best for you and yours!
God Bless
Dang guys, gonna be tough especially now! Just ordered a replacement Hooks for this season. Hoping now I get to use it!
