Been messing with some 3 1/4 in aluminum over a walnut sound board iam pretty happy how these sound ,,,, the sound clip iam running diamond wood striker and with a different strikers their lots different sounds in this pot ,,,this is plain bead blasted but one side I ended up just sanding
in the pic the pot on left was my test pot and that one will be with me come spring and fall

sounds and looks great
Sounds good I have some bead blasted black anodized aluminum it is slick on one side if you prefer the slick or it has a blasted side that gives the striker a little bite and doesn't slip I got it in 3-1/4 and 3.47"
