Title: One you wont see too often

Had a guy a few years ago tell me about juniper, and he even gave me a piece. I fell in love with it, but couldn't find any. Well, I got back in touch with that guy and he sent me a box and this is what I turned out of a piece. The picture doesn't show all the character and eyes, but it is full of it. I soaked the call in BLO for 24 hours before I put the finish on it

I sure would hate to tangle with a juniper that's big and straight enough to make a call from. But she's a good looking caller.

Thanks everyone.  I have enough to make 6 of these. I plan on making one with ivory.  I think the contrast will be awesome
