so after having it in the cart and then back out a lot of times pulled the trigger on a pair of them, the jake and a feeding hen. came in today all I can say is picture doesn't do these deks justice. they are the most realistic decoys I have ever seen imo. a lot of money and second guessed myself until I got them in my hands very happy I ordered them come on spring. we hunt a lot along hay fields next to creeks and use blinds a lot don't know if I want to tote them thru the woods when doing the run and gun thing. anyway thumbs up to dave smith on a nice decoy
Been wanting to pull the trigger on a DSD jake but cant make myself spend the $$$$.If I bowhunted alot I probably would, but i'd say I only use dekes about 25% of the time,if that.
DSD are great decoys and made in the USA. You'll love the Jake and feeding hen. A couple of long beards took their last steps due to that set up last season. I just recently got the "lead" hen and can't wait to try her out this spring. Good luck.
Great decoys. I have 4.
I've invested in the whole flock!!!
Best dekes on the planet :character0029:
To rich for my blood!!! Plus I've prob only killed one turkey in my life using them
Have the strutter and killed a tom first time out last year! Its amazing looking
Dsd makes some fine decoys
That's what I use, work great! Good luck with them!
A classic example of "You get what you pay for." Expensive, but none work better, I.M.O.
Awesome for not only bringing in the birds... but keeping them around, which is especially important when bowhunting.
The DSD jake may eventually kill more gobblers than Thanksgiving!! :z-twocents:
I cowboy'd up and bought a hen. They are realistic, for sure. Don't know how much I'll use it but I figger it's better to have it. There may be times that she may be an alternative. It's tough hauling too much stuff in big country...
