Title: Wormy Chestnut box and Sycamore box
Post by: cypresscreek on January 28, 2014, 02:56:06 PM
Here are two more boxes I just finished up, both in my hourglass style. The first is a wormy Chestnut box from an old 1850's homestead in West Virginia. It has Bolivian Rosewood end blocks, maple spacers and lid. The pic does not show the beautiful grain in the lid. I think I am keeping this one :)

This one is Sycamore with Brazilian Cherry ends, Bolivian Rosewood spacers lid and base.
