I kind of dipped out of here after last turkey season. I frequent another forum and have never been able to keep up with more than 1 forum for any amount of time. But now turkeys are on the mind and I'm ready. Had a group of 7 longbeards eating my corn in the backyard today. 3 of them have been coming and going since last March, and 4 more have recently joined in. The 3 were jakes when they first showed up.
I hunted a lot during this past deer season, killed a few deer, and a few fall turkeys too (got my first fall longbeard on October 24th, that was awesome).
Just saying hi again and hope yall have a great season. Been thinking about trying for one with the bow. would love to get that under my belt if I can pull it off. Tough not to pick up the shotgun though
