I have been working with Scot, my son inlaw on making turkey calls, he already makes duck and goose calls. He uses mainly driftwood from the banks of the Mississippi here close. This piece is a Wild Cherry with same material striker, the carbon striker has an Osage Orange bell on it straight from the banks of the river! This pot screams bird, Black Anodized Aluminum from Stumpy over Glass...wish I could record so you all could hear it! But call me if you want to! 5736882306...I am so proud of him!
Mighty Sweet that one is, yes sir mighty sweet
That call looks great!! :icon_thumright:
Nice call Scott. You have a good teacher, weird but a good teacher. What is "Stumpy over glass"?LOL
The anodized aluminum came from Brookeside instead of Stumpy sorry for the confusion...thanks for the comments Scot really has come a long long way in his call making and I am expecting to see more improvement as he becomes accustomed to turning out calls.
Really nice job on that one. :icon_thumright:
