Title: VersaMax suggestions

wanting to pattern test my VersaMax...any suggestions on loads to begin with?  I am going to be using the full choke that came with the gun.

I'd recommend 3" Hevi-13 shells with 2 oz. of #6 shot with your Versa Max. That's a great gun.

I have the same gun , I'll eventually get around to dialing it up for turkey's 

It's a fantastic wing shooting gun , utterly reliable and a soft kicker

With the factory choke I'd look at the federal flight control line. Maybe the new winchester load.

William @ Sumtoy built me a choke for my Versa Max that is great with lead & Hevi.

If I was going to use the stock choke I would look into the Federal FCW shells (lead or HWT)  or the Winchester Long Beard.
