Title: Aftermarket buckshot chokes...
Post by: Vaturkeyhntr on December 15, 2013, 11:21:44 PM
Does anyone shoot an aftermarket buckshot choke for 00 buckshot?? If so what are your opinions, I was looking at either a patternmatster or a comp-n-choke.  Im shooting a Remington 11-87 with a 28 inch barrel.

I've got a 1187 28", I was shocked at the patterns I was gettn with factory full choke with 00 2 3/4 and 3" at 30 yards it will put 90%   of the payload in a paper plate with a lone flyer usually they're 4 or 5 together that I can cover with a fist.
I haven't seen any of their patterns but several guys in our club are shooting Kicks Buckkicker

Yes. Kick's makes the "BUCKKICKER" choke. I like mine. I shoot it on a 935 Moss.
