Here's a big triple beard that I killed here in Va. His beards were 8 3/4" 8 1/2" &
6 3/4" for a total of 24" of beard. He weighed 20 lbs. 13 oz. & had 1 3/8" Spurs.

Very nice Ricky!! Never killed a multiple bearded bird! My Dad did kill a jake this spring that had 5 beards just wondered if he would have made it what he would have looked like nxt year!

unique that the bigger beards are "on top." usually on multi-beard birds the big beard is at the bottom with smaller ones progressing upward.

It only put one little scratch on the fender. I think that was from the 1 1/2" spurs ! :icon_thumright:

Nice one Ricky! I've heard of more double and triple beards in Va being killed this than ever. Know of another triple beard and I killed a double beard
