Title: Any advice on sight?
Post by: 1esso on March 09, 2011, 05:32:46 AM
A friend ask me to pick him up a Browning red dot sight to go on his cynergy, Its only 49.99 and was wondering if anyone had any experience or info on one. Seems to me that is very cheap. He has had his cynergy drilled and tapped and has weaver base. Holding up to the recoil is a concern. Any advice would help.

I have a Mueller Quickshot on my rig which resembles this sight. I don't know anything about the buckmark, but typically 50.00 sights won't hold up well to the punishing recoil of a turkey gun.
I guess you could try it and see. From my experience, I wouldn't try it.
